Memorial Day Weekend Menu

I can smell the bbq going right now....I can see the picnic tables filled with foods.  Foods, that more than likely, I can't enjoy.  Holidays, being gluten free, are the hardest.  So many delicious foods, that I used to enjoy, are now off limits because of their ingredient list.  BOO!!!  So, to get everyone ready for the big day, here is list of a few Gluten Friendly dishes that you and everyone else can enjoy.  Hey, they probably won't even notice and will be pleasantly surprised when you tell them (after they have eaten it) that its gluten free!!

Happy Memorial Day and please remember to thank your armed forces members and remember our fallen heroes who sacrificed so much for us each and every day.
